More autumn nail art, in a very appropriate autumn color...

I must admit that I got in a little over my head with this one. As I sat there staring at my browns, I couldn't decide what to do. I created a brown tribal print last November, if I did leaves they'd look dead, I was searching for any fall inspiration that might be brown. Then I somehow landed on turkey feathers. Strange, I know. So this was my attempt at a brown turkey feather manicure.

Playing with Polish--Light Pink PixieDust???

It is no secret that I do in fact enjoy the texture trend. The crackle, I couldn't do. Pretty glittery texture? Count me in! I love the Zoya PixieDust Collections. The Original, Summer, and Fall editions have been such lovely colors. While I look forward to the Fall Edition coming in the mail, I will wait by playing around with polish.

I REALLY wanted to wear a light pink/light coral PixieDust but since Zoya does not make one, I thought I was up the creek. Fortunately, I realized that I can layer PixieDust polishes!

Here is one THIN coat of Miranda topped with one THIN coat of Godiva. It looks pretty without or with a top coat.

What other combinations should I try?

After trying the other PixieDust nail polishes by Zoya, I ran out to Ulta to snatch up more of these polishes. Many of you know that I am a sucker for neutral polishes, so it should be no surprise that I picked up Zoya Godiva. I also bought Vespa and Dahlia, which I will share at a later date:)

The Verdict:
I LOVE the sparkle and texture in this pale cool-toned neutral polish. This is work appropriate, on-trend, and VERY durable. I love this an recommend this to anyone who wants to try the textured trend but still be in the "safe" zone. The only problem that I have with this nail polish is that it is too cool toned for my already uber cool, pale skin. It almost makes Godiva appear slightly greyed on my nails. However, Zoya has a special tip if you run into a similar problem:
