Today's festive fall manicure is simple and straightforward. I love seeing autumn trees covered with colorful leaves, however that beauty does not last forever. Eventually the leaves fall off, giving way to trees that beckon toward the winter sky. These spooky trees were the inspiration for my manicure.
While this may not be my most favorite manicure, I really loved the combination of essie Bobbing for Baubles and Bad Ass Polish Dusk. It also made me rekindle my love for essie Bobbing for Baubles. Dusk adds some light and beauty to the manicure while creating mystery and intrigue.
Do you have a favorite topper that adds more character to manicures, like Dusk did for this manicure?

Bad Ass Polish Chocolate Covered Cherry
Today I have another new Bad Ass Polish for you! It is very similar to Dusk and Copper Waters. Meet Chocolate Covered Cherry.
Bad Ass Polish describes Chocolate Covered Cherry as "a glitter nail polish that has a combination of tiny bronze glitter with some scattered pink holographic glitter." It can be worn alone or layered over another polish. It is suggested to layer it over deeper colors. The swatches below show Chocolate Covered Cherry over an oxblood cream (Zoya Toni).

The Verdict:
Another stunner. This one transforms and dances in any lighting. I think that everyone needs to decide which one of these fine glitter polishes they like and buy it. They are buttery smooth to apply and entrancing one on. One thing to recommend is to add a topcoat (no topcoat in swatches) to smooth out and let the glitters shine!
You can buy this stunning polish from the Bad Ass Polish etsy page for $8.75.

Bad Ass Polish Copper Waters
Over the next two days I am going to share two more gorgeous polishes from Bad Ass Polish's core line. If you remember back to December when I shared two other core line polishes, Bling! and Dusk, you are probably ready for some real eye/finger/nail candy. Today I have Copper Waters. This polish is incredibly STUNNING and reminds me of the sun setting over the darkening ocean. It actually looks like golden, coppery sun rays.
The swatches below are over a dark nearly navy blue crelly (Barielle Berry Blue) and a bright cobalt periwinkle cream (essie Butler Please). The fine coppery glitter glows amidst the larger (yet still very small) bright blue glitter.

The Verdict:
I adore these fine glitters. They apply like a dream and they are so stunning. They are very wearable and I have no problem wearing them. Some glitters make me wonder if they were meant for preteen girls, but all of the Bad Ass Polishes are very "grown-up." I can see myself reaching for this a lot to liven up a manicure. The possibilities are endless! Basically what I'm trying to say is, what are YOU waiting for?
This polish is not yet available on etsy, so keep your eyes open and follow Bad Ass Polish on facebook to know when it is released! You can buy this stunning polish (soon) from the Bad Ass Polish etsy page for $8.75.

St. Patrick's Day Funky French
For my festive St. Patrick's Day manicure, I decided to use my FAVORITE green glittery polish: Bad Ass Polish Go Pack Go! It only took me a few moments to decide how to display this beauty in an Irish inspired manicure. Behold my funky French:
I really ended up liking this a lot. It was just festive enough without seeming childish. Also, I highly recommend checking out Bad Ass Polish. Amy is a polish wizard!

Bad Ass Polish Bling!
The final Bad Ass Polish swatches that I have for you today are of another polish from the core line. This beautiful polish is rightfully called Bling! Bling! was inspired by Amy's, the face behind Bad Ass Polish, husband's mixed metal (platinum and yellow gold) wedding band. Bad Ass Polish describes Bling! as a "combination of gold and silver glitter of various sizes."
I adore mixed silver & gold glitters! The swatches below show one coat of Bling! over a nude polish (Zoya Minka). I just love metallic glitters over nude!
The Verdict:
This was my favorite polish I recieved from Bad Ass Polish. I cannot wait to wear this one again! Its application was buttery smooth and the clear base was not thick. The glitter applied evenly and effortlessly. This polish probably the most versatile and can be layered over any color. I could not keep my eyes off of this manicure! I think that this might be worn for Christmas or New Year's Eve!
You can buy this stunning polish from the Bad Ass Polish etsy page for $8.50.

Bad Ass Polish Dusk
The next two days will showcase two absolutely stunning glitter polished from the core line of Bad Ass Polish. I was so mesmerized by these two that I took far too many pictures and wore each for days afterward. First up is Dusk which was inspired by a clear night with a star filled sky right before complete darkness falls.
Bad Ass polish describes this polish as "packed with tiny dark blue glitter and some tiny gold glitter scattered throughout it." This is one of those polishes that takes your breath away even in the bottle.
The swatches are over black and silver and show only one coat of Dusk.
The Verdict:
If you haven't already realized how much I love this then you should probably reread this post;) The application of this was buttery smooth. The glitter is very fine and is evenly distributed. This polish is versatile as it can be layered over light or dark colors.
You can buy this hypnotic polish from the Bad Ass Polish etsy page for $8.50.

Bad Ass Polish America's Team
Today I have another polish from Bad Ass Polish's Are You Ready for Some Football line. This polish was inspired by the Dallas Cowboys and is called America's Team. Bad Ass Polish describes this polish as "a combination of silver glitters with blue stars" which is a spot-on description.
The Verdict:
The clear base of the polish was a tad thick but not difficult to use. The silver glitter in this polish is evenly distributed and applies smoothly. The blue stars require a bit of "fishing" and direct placement but many come out on the brush each time. Of the two Are You Ready for Some Football polishes, this is my favorite because of the variegation of the silver glitter and versatility of this beauty. I'm already planning when I will wear this one next:)

Bad Ass Polish recently released a new team polish "The Vikes" based on the Minnesota Vikings. If you don't see your favorite football team's glittery polish yet, drop Bad Ass Polish a line on their facebook page requesting your favorite team!
The swatches below show America's Team over a metallic blue and grey. The ring finger (blue) shows one coat of this glittery goodness and the remaining fingers show 2 coats.
This layering polish has a clear base and lends itself to endless layering combinations! I can totally see this over red for the 4th of July, Memorial Day, or Veterans' Day. I also think this could be amazing over a light blue for Hanukkah. Bad Ass Polish mentions that for a perfect Dallas Cowboys manicure a white base is a favorite choice. The Verdict:

Bad Ass Polish Go Pack Go!
Are you a nail polish bad ass??? Then look no further because you may have just met your match! Bad Ass Polish creates high-quality, handmade nail polish. They are currently working on two lines of polish. The first is their core line which currently consists of Bling! and Dusk. They also have a growing football team inspired line called Are You Ready for Some Football. Go Pack Go is part of this line by Bad Ass Polish and is inspired by the Green Bay Packers.
Bad Ass Polish describes Go Pack Go as "a combination of small green glitter with some scattered tiny gold glitter along with some chunky gold glitter."
This polish is very versatile due to its clear base and can be used as a layering polish or can be built up for full coverage. I cannot wait to layer this over red to see how Christmas-y it looks! Also, this would be incredible for St. Patrick's Day!
The above swatches are over yellow and green polishes. The swatches are of 1-2 swipe on each finger depending on how the gold glitter was applying. It is evident that every detail of Bad Ass Polish was thought through, even the packaging! The packaging is practical, informative, and very unique.
The Verdict:
The packaging was amazing and included a cute message and felt for easy removal. I love the creativity of appealing to fans of particular teams! The glitter in this polish is evenly distributed and applies smoothly. The clear base of the polish was a tad thick and I will definitely add thinner the next time I use it.
ADDITIONALLY...
I was sent this polish, and others, to be reviewed and swatched. There was a glitch with PayPal (or my address) and Amy of Bad Ass Polish was sure to keep me notified every step of the way. I can only imagine the care that customers are given if something occurs with their order. The care and communication that was given was top notch!
